📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SayPartner platform ("Service"), provided by Deegitech Teknoloji ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SayPartner is a B2B SaaS platform that enables businesses to connect their existing software systems (ERP, CRM, custom APIs) to WhatsApp via AI-powered natural language processing. The Service acts as middleware between your business systems and WhatsApp.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must be authorized to bind your organization to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging through the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to process sensitive personal data (health, biometric, etc.) without appropriate legal basis

5. Data Ownership

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of your business data. SayPartner does not claim ownership of any data processed through the Service.
• Service Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be used to improve the Service.

6. Service Level

• Free tier: Best-effort availability, community support
• Business tier: 99.5% uptime target, priority support
• Enterprise tier: Custom SLA with dedicated support

7. Limitations of Liability

SayPartner acts as middleware. We are not responsible for:

• Errors in your backend API responses
• Data loss caused by your systems
• WhatsApp platform outages or policy changes
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service at any time. Upon termination:

• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
• You may request a data export before termination
• Outstanding fees (if any) remain due

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
